OEM MDC APC duplex patch cord

MDC APC duplex patch cord MDC/PC-MDC/PC, Duplex 2F, OM4 Multimode, OFNP, 2.0mm Polarity A-B, VSFF Assemblies

The MDC APC duplex patch cord is engineered for next-generation 400G to 800G high-density data center infrastructures, our MDC/APC duplex VSFF patch cords deliver ultra-compact, high-performance optical cross-connect solutions for modern hyperscale data centers, HPC clusters, and enterprise core network deployments. Adopting the advanced Very Small Form Factor (VSFF) design, the MDC connector integrates two precision 1.25mm ferrules within a miniaturized housing, providing up to 3x higher port density compared to traditional duplex LC connectivity. This space-saving architecture maximizes rack utilization, reduces cabling congestion, and lowers overall infrastructure investment for high-bandwidth network environments.

Featuring an innovative push-pull boot structure and tool-free polarity reversal capability, these MDC duplex patch cords enable fast, flexible, and error-free on-site deployment. Technicians can easily adjust polarity without additional tools, greatly improving cabling efficiency and simplifying routine maintenance in densely populated patch panels and distribution frame systems. Fully compatible with mainstream SFP-DD and QSFP-DD/OSFP high-speed transceivers, the assemblies support direct front-panel interconnection for 10G, 40G, 100G, 200G, 400G, and 800G transmission systems, perfectly matching the bandwidth upgrade demands of AI computing centers and cloud hyperscale facilities.
This patch cord adopts premium G.657.A1 bend-insensitive single-mode fiber with a minimum bending radius of only 10mm, effectively preventing signal attenuation caused by tight bending in cabinet wiring and complex routing scenarios. It ensures stable, low-loss optical performance with insertion loss ≤0.3dB and return loss ≥65dB, delivering consistent and reliable long-term transmission quality. The 2.0mm LSZH flame-retardant jacket provides excellent fire resistance, low smoke, and halogen-free environmental performance, complying with strict data center safety standards and suitable for indoor enclosed cabinet and plenum-grade deployment environments.
Manufactured under official US Conec licensing and strictly compliant with TIA-568, Telcordia GR-326, IEC 61754, and RoHS industrial specifications, every unit undergoes 100% factory optical testing to guarantee standardized quality and excellent interchangeability. Supporting 500 times repeated plugging and unplugging, the connectors maintain stable mechanical and optical performance for long-term commercial operation. Available in full fiber series including OS2 single-mode and OM3/OM4/OM5 multimode options, with customizable hybrid connector configurations to adapt to mixed new and legacy network upgrades.
Ideal for high-density rack cross-connections, server room interconnections, AI HPC clusters, and enterprise backbone networks, our certified MDC VSFF patch cords balance ultra-high density, superior transmission performance, and long-term operational reliability, providing cost-effective, future-proof optical wiring solutions for next-generation high-speed network construction.
